MELANIE MEITL

Known for her integrity, expertise, and personal approach, Melanie Meitl brings valuable insight and expertise to every transaction with her many years of real estate experience. Armed with advanced real estate credentials, she is committed to strong relationships, professionalism, and results evidenced by exceptional sales volume. Melanie is passionate about community and deeply rooted in her values, so she can help her clients buy and sell with confidence.
Diverse in education and history, Melanie has served the Colby Kansas community as a real estate agent for over 15 years. She is a real estate broker, as well as a graduate of Fort Hays State University, a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, and a recipient of the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. Before becoming a real estate agent, she was an agricultural loan officer where she spent many years building a strong foundation in finance, negotiation, and the complexities of real estate transactions. She went on to build and broker her own company, Integrity Realty, and its success and strong foundation helped to build the expansion into Prairie Real Estate – Rooted in Integrity.
Prairie represents everything Melanie loves and values: strong roots, wide-open possibilities, hard work, resilience, and a genuine connection to the land and the people who call Western Kansas home.
Outside of real estate, Melanie values time with her husband and two grown daughters, creating beautiful spaces, and getting outside to connect with nature. You’ll often find her behind the wheel of her 1959 Ford pickup, enjoying the simple things like meaningful conversations and authentic connections. She also owns and manages her ranch and rental properties, so she is an agent experiencing exactly what she sells. Home ownership for her is more than just a house – it’s where life feels most genuine, and a safe place that she believes everyone should get to experience.

TRAVIS AND KENDRA GLASSMAN
Born and raised in Western Kansas, Travis and Kendra Glassman have built their lives together around faith, family, community, and a deep appreciation for the land and outdoors. They are proud to call this area home, where they are raising their three children, Hunter, Archer, and Tymber.
Travis grew up with a strong connection to agriculture, hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. His career with Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline has provided him with years of experience in leadership, natural gas transmission, and building relationships with landowners who are deeply passionate about their property. He continues to work for Southern Star while also pursuing his passion for real estate.
Over the past few years, Travis has grown his real estate business through a genuine passion for the industry and the people he has had the opportunity to work with. His professional background, knowledge of the region, and genuine connection to the land allow him to bring a unique perspective to clients buying and selling homes, farms, ranches, and recreational properties.
Kendra has spent almost 18 years serving the community through the local health department, including her time as Administrator. Her career has been centered around leadership, helping people, building relationships, and serving the community she loves. As their family and real estate journey continue to grow, Kendra is embracing a new chapter - creating more time for her family while dedicating herself to serving clients and bringing the same dedication, organization, and heart for serving others into her real estate career.
Outside of real estate, their life is busy in the best way. They enjoy spending time outdoors with their kids, supporting local activities, volunteering in their communities, and making the most of life on the farm. When Kendra is not chasing after their three active kids, you may find her raising and breeding Corgis. Travis enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching youth sports, and documenting family adventures along the way.
